We met Chris by chance casually looking for houses in Cache valley past winter. At that point we were just familiarizing ourselves with the area and really liked Chris' relaxed approach showing us some houses in Logan and its surrounding towns without any pressure.His extensive knowledge of the valley was really helpful in deciding which area we wanted to be in. Once we got more serious, Chris referred us to a local mortgage broker who was able to get us better rates than the ones we previously found shopping on our own. The house we ended up putting in an offer had some issues that needed to be addressed. Chris was tremendous in calmly walking us through the inspection report and lining up the needed contractors to get a better idea what the costs for the fixes would be. At the same time,e he was happy to walk away from the home at any time if we felt so, showing his caring and kind approach by making our comfort his top priority. After we made the decision that we still wanted to move forward, Chris crafted an incredibly thoughtful letter to the sellers about our concerns regarding the house which resulted in them giving us a significant discount off the listing price. Long story short Chris was an amazing partner throughout our buying process and he comes with our highest recommendation. We will for sure reach out to him whenever we are in the market again.
